Yes, we ship all over the world.
Please note, customs duties as well as GST are not included except for the US region. The checkout page may not be displayed, depending on the import policy of each region.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
The international shipping process is complicated and takes a long time, thanks for your patience!
On top of that, we offer a 30-day return policy, so you can contact us to process your return once you receive your package.
Settlement in dollars, we accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal.
Default gift packaging, if you for environmental considerations, no gift packaging, please leave us a message on the checkout page.
SHIPPING
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
From past experience, we expect to fulfill orders in less than 14 days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Custom duties and taxes are now included for USA.
For all other countries, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the USA.
You now have the option to pay these charges upfront at Checkout. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
We are currently working with an international courier company and once the packages reach the local area they will be forwarded to a local logistics company who will be responsible for completing the local delivery.
RETURNS
Our returns period is currently 30 days and starts from the date you receive your order.
Please contact us once you want return the item.
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days during busy times of the year.
Please note, we do not accept exchanges, including rings.
