Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, please contact us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Yes, we ship globally!
Please be aware that customs duties and GST are not included, except for orders shipped within the U.S. The checkout page may vary depending on each region’s import policy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. International shipping can be complex and time-consuming, and we appreciate your patience.
However, we do offer a 30-day return policy, so you may contact us to process a return once your package has arrived.
We accept payments in U.S. dollars via Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
All orders come with gift packaging by default. If you’d like to skip it to reduce environmental impact, simply leave us a note at checkout.
SHIPPING
We carefully prepare each order within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, though most orders arrive within 5–7 business days and no later than 14 days. Full delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Customs duties and taxes are included for orders shipped within the USA.
For all other countries, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges upon arrival in the destination country. You can now choose to pay these charges upfront at checkout.
Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not currently covered by us.
We partner with trusted international couriers to ensure safe and reliable shipping. Once your order reaches its destination country, it is transferred to a local logistics provider to complete the delivery.
RETURNS
We are pleased to offer a 30-day return window, beginning on the day you receive your order. To initiate a return, simply contact us to guide you through the process.
We strive to process all returns within 14 working days; however, during exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 30 working days.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate exchanges, including for rings or size-specific items. If you have any questions about sizing or selecting the right piece, our customer care team will be delighted to assist you.
