The year 2026 is known as the Year of the Red Horse. Red signifies blazing warmth, radiant light, and thevital force of life in full bloom. The horse symbolizes courage and nobilityand also the untamable spirit of the wild.
Kangrinboqe
In Tibetan tradition, Mount Kailash is regarded as thecenter of the universe and is associated with the horse. Circumambulating this sacred mountain in a Horse Year is believed to multiply one's blessings.
A solitary horse makes its slow circuit around the mountain. Snow-capped peaks stand silent; glaciers wind like rivers past sun and moon, while also hanging in the sky,companions through day and night.
The Horse of Wisdom, protected by the sacred mountain, repays heaven and earth through the pilgrimage of circum ambulation. It walks through wind, snow, and silence and also through countless prayers.
Woodblock Print
Designed, engraved, and printed by the artist Bai Guan. This year marks his fifth year of continuously creating Tibetan-style woodblock New Year prints.

The Year of the Fire Horse is one of intense fire energy. Following the logic of Tibetan medicine's five elements and Chinese medicine's five phases, this fiery nature needs to be tempered with the moisture of water. Hence, blues and whites were incorporated into the design.

Walking through wind, snow, and silence—and walking amidst countless prayers.
